This is my sixth year to in Sherman ISD! What a great place to be! I spent the first three years at Washington Elementary teaching Kindergarten and 3rd grade, one year at Cructchfield as the Technology Specialist and this year I am working in Educational Technology at the Sherman ISD Service Center.
Sherman is home for me, I moved back in 2011 after 10 years in San Antonio. This year will be my 12th year of teaching. I began my teaching career in San Antonio, Tx, teaching 3rd grade and 4th grade. Third Grade is my favorite place to be, but Technology is quickly becoming a close second!
Let me tell you about my family! I am married to John Leverette, together we have 5 children. Frances is 24, she is a teacher teacher in Dayton, Tx . Reed is 22 and a Sr at UT Arlington, majoring in government. Dakota is 22 and is finishing up his Safety degree at Southeastern. Ellen is 19, she is a sophomore attending UNT in Denton. Josh is 18, he is a freshman at OSU>
We live on some land outside of Sherman where we have chickens, dogs, and cats.
